What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, plus one separated toilet and a living room with TV and couch. The extra costs are fixed ninety euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels.
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
