What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has three rooms, one bathroom with tub, and toilet. Room number two (blue) has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The extra costs are on average eighty to hundred euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities (bills are always according to your consumption). We provide sheets and towels.
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
