What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment has four rooms, one bathroom with shower, and toilet plus one separated toilet. The extra costs are fixed ninety euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide bedsheets and towels.
