The studio apartment has a separated bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with tub, sink and a kitchen with dining area. The extra costs are fixed hundred and thirty euros/month with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities (bill). We provide sheets and towels. The security deposit is two months rental fee. The apartment is available for one student maximum. The flat is located near public transport and main Universities, like Corvinus, Semmelweis, ELTE, Pazmany. We organise maintenance and the cleaning service, we can help you with any issue during your stay! We rent for one or two University semesters, the offered rental periods are the following: August-January, August-June/July, February-June/July. We don't rent for shorter rental periods.
