A 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for rent, located in Dublin city centre and just a 20 minute walk to Grafton Street. One of the best features of the apartment is its spacious and comfortable living area, featuring a dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen corner. A washing machine and a dryer are provided and private parking is available for an additional cost. The apartment is close to Kings Inns Park and several bus stations are just seconds away.
What we liked the most
- Both rooms feature twin beds and storage space.
- The spacious living room comes with a chic fireplace, comfortable sofas and a dining table.
- The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a large refrigerator and several cupboards.
- You will have easy access to several central areas, including Trinity College Dublin and Grafton Street.
- There is a common terrace area in the apartment complex.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has one bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.
- Private parking can be provided at an additional cost.
