This is a granny flat located in the backyard of the landlord's house, but it is fully self contained and has a private entrance. This is for single occupancy. Couples will not be accepted.
The house is located in a nice residential area that is 40-45 minutes away from the city centre by bus. The local shops are located a 7-minute walk away, and you will also find a shopping centre and several parks nearby.
What we liked the most
- The house is in a tranquil area.
- The flat is well insulated to keep you comfortable during the colder months.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled.
- The modern kitchen has good storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- The property will have a stove, microwave oven, and washing machine installed by the time the tenants move in.
