- Deposit is to be paid on the same day as the booking is confirmed. This is not the same payment that is made through Spotahome. This will be a transfer of €500 directly to the landlord. Couples deposits are €1,495
- Rooms or apartments must be cleaned before check out including bedding, bathrooms, etc. If cleaning has not been done €100 will be retained from the deposit.
