The complex is very secure with intercom system, CCTV, lift, communal garden, secure bike rack and one secure underground parking spot This apartment is built and furnished to the best quality possible, very stylished with a great BER rating to save you money on bills. There is a prepaid meter installed for gas and electricity so you control your bills which are very low. Everything you need is already there. Fully equipped to the best quality with orthopedic mattress, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A nice terrace with table and chairs overlooking beautiful trees and a quiet area, the complex is also very quiet, clean and well maintained. the pictures of the living room s a bit different as two seater sofa was also added and TV is not included
