The apartment is situated within the North Inner City area of Dublin, an excellent location close to various dining establishments. Nearby, you will find O'Reilly's Pub, 147 Deli, and The Metro. The area offers a plethora of restaurant options such as Flört Coffee, Mema's, and 4 Friends Burger. This lively neighborhood is a prime choice for making the most out of your Dublin experience.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a pub on ground floor, which plays live music from time to time in early evenings, it's not too loud, but can be heard from open window. All windws in the apartment are double glazed window.
- there is a LUAS(tram) stop in front of the building, the LUAS driver might use the bell to notify traffic from time to time, it sounds like ring tone ding on phone, and can be heard from open window.
- No smoking allowed in the apartment building.
- Monthly rent will be paid in cash to the landlord.
- Monthly inspection of the apartment. Additional cleaning costs are the tenant's responsability (50€ - 100€ depends on the situation)
