Amazing cozy ground floor 2 – bedroom apartment for rent in a quiet residential area. Newly furnished with new gas boiler for heating, modern complete bathroom with floating toilet and vanity, rain shower and bathtub.
Main bedroom has new King bed, new drawer, new clothes rack, new blinds. Second bedroom has been converted to a walk-in wardrobe to provide more storage opportunities but also has a new single bed for additional guest.
Living room and second bedroom both include flip-up desk, making it perfect to work from home for 2 people. Lovely terrace/patio with outdoor furniture and nice view.
The campus has lovely city view and there is also a hill and lake at the back of the campus you can walk to for your daily exercise with fresh air.
Free parking available for both surface and basement secured car park.
Location: 5 mins walking to Green line Luas cherrywood stop. 10 mins walking to bus stop. 5-10 mins walking to Cherrywood Business Park (Spar, Starbucks, Subways, Ben Dunne Gyms). 5 mins driving time to M50 or N11. Very convenient commute to town or south of county Dublin by both public transport and car. Neighborhood: Bray, Blackrock, Stillorgan, Wicklow, Killiney Hill, Dundrum.
