We loved it and would recommend it. This is a modern student residence with the coolest facilities in town.

You will love the spacious common areas. You can chill out with your flatmates in your shared living room and kitchen, or take your pick of the huge common room, study room, or courtyard. You'll never feel cooped up here.

We think it’s ideal for outgoing individuals looking for a home with lots of history. You're just a quick ride from the city centre, and you'll find iconic locations like the Guinness Storehouse nearby.

Don't forget to say hi to the resident cats Sebastian and his assistant Ash!

This property is ideal for social butterflies looking to explore Dublin. With access to public transport and walking distance from Trinity, TU Dublin, BIMM and NCAD this property is perfect for students regardless of where you enrol!

What we liked the most

  • Stretching out in the modern common room — relax and meet some new faces.
  • Having your very own bathroom — there's nothing quite like not having to share a bathroom.
  • Getting a taste of history — check out The Croppies Acre out by the National Museum.

  • This room is in a Residence Hall. That means there are some other almost identical units in the building. So what you see above may be a tiny bit different to what you actually rent.

  • Once your booking request with Spotahome is confirmed, we will send you the landlord information and you will have to pay an advance rent payment of one week directly to your Landlord and read and sign the Advanced License Agreement within 48h (please send the proof of transfer by email);
  • Spotahome will charge you no advance rent payment but your booking will be automatically cancelled if you fail to complete the step above
