This spacious property is located in the more residential Donaghmede region of Dublin. With plenty of shops and a rather large shopping center, Donaghmede has the advantage of being incredibly peaceful, while also having everything you need for a comfortable living. The property is split over two floors. To the right of the entrance you will find a comfortable living room, and next to the living room is a kitchen equipped with a laundry room. The kitchen also leads to a beautiful back garden which is perfect for relaxing during the summer months. The upstairs section of the property is where you will find both available bedrooms, the landlord's room, and the fully functional bathroom.
