Ensuite room for rent in a fantastic 3-bedroom house with a live-in landlord, located in Rathgar. The house is beautifully furnished, complete with a spacious kitchen and living area and access to a fantastic terrace. Every appliance and amenity, including a parking space, is provided to ensure a stress-free stay.
No couples allowed
You will be located in a peaceful area, next to the tennis club and Kenilworth Square. You will have easy access to a bus station that can take you to Trinity College Dublin in 20 minutes.
