What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The house has three bedrooms all with en-suites and is occupied by another very friendly male lodger from Argentinia in his thirties and myself, female in forties and we both work full time and are easy going and get on well… And I have a four year old Yorkshire Terrier dog. The living room is for landlord use only.

Rooms are available for rent in a spacious and light 3-bedroom house, complete with terrace, in the quiet, coastal suburb of Clontarf in Dublin. The house is large, comfortable and well equipped and would make a perfect home for young professionals looking for a peaceful, pleasant home with easy access to the city centre.

Clontarf is a seaside neighbourhood with a cosy, quaint atmosphere, perfect for those who enjoy being close to the beach. Once a fishing village, nowadays it is a charming place to live with plenty to do, from picnics on Bull island to a swim in the Dollymount strand.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is a fantastic addition to the property, ideal for relaxing on sunny days or simply drying laundry.
  • The kitchen is large and bright, offering a comfortable space to cook and eat your meals.
  • There is an oven as well as a stove, so you can prepare whatever you choose.
  • The living room has multiple big sofas, perfect for lounging on after a long day at work.
  • Clontarf would make a lovely home for those who enjoy peace and quiet but want access to the city as well.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no private parking available with the property but with the train station very nearby and other amenities within walking distance, you may find you do not need a car.
  • The living room is for landlord use only.
