Rooms for rent in a stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a live-in landlady on Palmerston Road in Rathmines. The room is on the ground floor with private access to a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and plenty of cupboard space, bathroom and access to the garden.
There is a supermarket and several bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk of this house. There are also a couple of parks within walking distance, including Belgrave Square and Palmerston Park, so there is plenty of space to get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to relax.
- The house is close to public transport.
- There is a washing machine and dryer, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a multi-story house.
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
