House is newly renovated. Clean modern but very comfortable and homely. Very safe neighbourhood. Close to both city and countryside. Lots of social restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the village and also Ireland’s largest shopping centre only ten mins by luas tram. So the very best of both worlds.

This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house on Grianan Fidh, in Sandyford has furnished rooms for rent. The beautiful family home is stylishly decorated and has a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, and a lovely green garden. The landlady lives in the house and works as a nurse.
The house is located in Sandyford, within easy reach of the UCD business school. Dundrum Shopping Center is a 10-minute walk from the property, and has pubs, restaurants, the cinema as well as a multitude of great shops. You will also have good options for public transport nearby and can easily connect with the city center.
Beach is approx 45 mins away. Dublin mountains and walks 10 mins from the house.
