Rooms are available for rent in a 75 m², 3-bedroom house in downtown Dublin, shared with the live-in landlord. The house feels very cosy and welcoming with a comfortable living-room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has a TV installed, a luxury rarely found in rental properties, and there is also a front and back garden to be enjoyed during the summer months. In winter, the triple-glazed windows, gas central heating, fully insulated walls and open fire in the living room will keep you cosy and warm.

This property is located in Liberties in downtown Dublin, one of the oldest neighbourhood in the city and also one of the most lively. Here you will find old alongside new, from St Patrick's Cathedral, only 12-minutes from the property, to the media and tech hubs that are springing up in this part of the city. There is plenty to keep you entertained in this district but it is located conveniently close to the city centre too.

  • The front garden will be a great place to relax or have a barbecue during sunny weather.
  • The back garden has a barbecue.
  • There is a dryer available, ideal if you have no time to wait for your clothes to dry.
  • There is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything from a reverse osmosis water system to a juicer.
  • All rooms have TV.
  • There is 200 Mb internet.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • This neighbourhood is a great choice of you are seeking energy and fun in central Dublin.
