Three bed terraced house recently extended & refurbished.
Sharing with an owner occupied family consisting of a married couple in their late thirties and a three year old boy who is very sociable and energetic - so must like kids!!
We work from home during the week while minding our son, the household is quite busy, but we will make sure that your privacy is fully respected.
House does not have a stand alone dryer but has a washer/dryer which works well. Outside airer also available for the tenant to use.
Would suit female student or professional starting out and looking for a base in Dublin for a couple of months.
