This is a comfortable three bed semi-detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and everything you need to cook. You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, lamp, black-out curtains, computer chair and table. The private ensuite bathroom comes with shower room and toilet. Wifi is available on the property.
The Location.
Our house is ideally located in Dublin One, surrounded by all kinds of convenient stores. The Luas, Dart and train stations are a ten min walk while the bus stops are at the end of the road. We are also within walking distance of Lidl, Tesco and Aldi. Ilac Shopping Centre is a ten min walk from home. Dublin City Centre is a twenty min walk away. This is a perfect location if you study or work in Dublin.
