1 room is available to rent to students or professionals in a beautiful house in Clontarf. The landlord lives in the house, which is luxurious, spacious and immaculately decorated. There is an enormous kitchen with a sun room, a large dining table and all of the appliances you would need, and a massive living room with gorgeous wood floors. The shared bathrooms are upstairs. The available room is on its own floor in the attic, and is beautifully decorated.
You will be living in Clontarf, a well-connected seaside town just 15 minutes by bus to the centre of Dublin. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, and a lovely path along the coast. You can also walk across the bridge to Bull Island where there is a huge sandy beach.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a gorgeous double bedroom located on its own floor. It has sloping ceilings, real wood floors, a skylight with views, and good quality furniture.
What we liked the most
- We love this house. It has been lovingly furnished with high quality fittings, and feels spacious yet cosy.
- We also love the wooden floors.
- The available bedroom is on its own floor.
- The location is unbeatable; only 15 minutes by bus to Dublin and within a few minutes' walk of the coast.
