Rooms are available for rent in this elegant, 5 bedroom house with a garden in Dublin's Terenure neighbourhood. This area is calm and residential, but tenants can walk to shops and pubs that are nearby. The property boasts a spacious, comfortable living room equipped with a large sofa and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is exceptionally large and divided into two rooms, one of which has an island in the centre. All communal areas will be shared with the live-in landlady.
Bedroom 2 is a cosy single room, with a desk, shelving, and a big wardrobe with mirrored doors. The large, bright window overlooks the courtyard. The room also has hardwood flooring, and a decorative fireplace and mantelpiece. The room has a private bathroom (not en-suite), for the sole use of the tenant.
