The decoration throughout the property is relatively modern, with splashes of colour, which gives it a unique character. The living room is large and has lots of seating area, great for hosting guests or socialising with your housemates. The ktichen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook up a storm. Through the kitchen there is also access to a grade, great for the summer months.
The property is located on Chestnut Grove in Ballinteer, Dublin. Although this area is very residential, it is great for commuters, as you can arrive in the city centre in under an hour by public transport. Marlay Park is also nearby so if you want to escape the pressures of city life, you don't have to go very far.
Bedroom 2 is bright space that comes fitted with a double bed. This room has plenty of storage space including; a standalone wardrobe and a chest of drawers so you can really make the most of the space available. The room also has an independent key, so you get that added bit of safety and security. Bedroom 2 also has a private ensuite bathroom, which means you won't have to face those early morning bathroom queues anymore.
