There is a room for rent in this 2-bedroom apartment with parking on Fernleigh Crescent, Castleknock. You will share a fully equipped kitchen and a charming living area with a television with the friendly live-in landlady and her hypo-allergenic dog.
The apartment is located in a nice residential area that is surrounded by beautiful parks. Coolmine train station is 18 minutes away and you will also find shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a window that lets in nice natural light. This room is nicely presented, and also has good storage space and has sole use of the main bathroom in the property.
What we liked the most
- The living area is beautifully decorated and bright.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is also good bench space for food preparation.
- There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- The apartment is in a tranquil area.

Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is away from the city centre, but you will find transport nearby.
- The apartment has been recently refurbished downstairs so it will not match the photos, however the bedroom is the same
- A small hypo-allergenic dog lives in this property so the tenant must be a dog lover
