This apartment comes fully furnished with modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge freezer for the use of the tenant and 2 beautiful bathrooms.

Terenure is a quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of parks and shops. This apartment is also a quick 6-minute walk to Terenure College. There are also bus stops within walking distance, as well as a supermarket.

What we liked the most

  • There is a large living area which also opens onto the green balcony.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is gas heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • This room has access to a private bathroom across the hall.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are a few minor fixes needed, such as door handles, which will be taken care of by the landlady.
