This 3-bedroom house on Howth Road, in the North Central Area is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a lovely patio. The landlady is in her 60s and lives in the house with her 23 year old daughter.
The apartment is located in Killester, and is perfect for those wanting a quiet spot to live within easy reach of the city centre. There are plenty of shops close by as well as the Killester train station.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a fridge. The room is a converted attic and gets plenty of natural light.
What we liked the most
- The living room and kitchen has lovely tiled floors.
- The house has fashionable furnishings and a beautiful decor.
- The living room opens out onto a lovely patio.
- The galley kitchen is fully equipped to cook.
- The house has heating installed throughout.
