What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Newly refurbished double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Sharing toilet with another person on the same floor. Easy walking distance to all amenities and access to public transports.

A room is available for rent in a cosy 3-bedroom house with a garden in peaceful Portersfield in Dublin. The house is well equipped and has plenty of natural light as well as a grassy garden that is perfect for barbecues and sunbathing when the weather is good.

Portersfield is a safe residential area, located to the north-west of Dublin city centre and a 30-minute bus ride from the heart of the city. Close to the property are several parks, ideal for exercising or a relaxing afternoon stroll, and also Blanchardstown Centre, Ireland's largest shopping and leisure centre, so you will never be without something to do.

What we liked the most

  • The garden provides a fantastic extra outdoor space to be enjoyed in sunny weather.
  • The huge L-shaped sofa in the living room is the ideal spot to relax after a hard day at work.
  • A bathtub as well as a shower is an added luxury.
  • The property's proximity to the bus stop and train station means you will have no problem travelling around the city.
  • This area is perfect for those wanting to escape the city centre but easy access to it when they wish.
  • Street parking is available.
