There is a room with a private bathroom for rent in a lovely 5-bedroom house on Glendoher Drive, Rathfarnham. The landlady and her family live in the house and you will share with them a fully equipped kitchen that opens out onto a gorgeous garden.
The house is located in a nice residential area that is a 30-minute bus ride from Dublin City Centre. Beautiful Marlay Park is a short walk away, and you will find a post office, supermarket and a pub within walking distance.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed and its own private bathroom. This room is located in the attic and also has a desk, heating and 2 skylights that let in good natural light. There is only a small closet to store your personal items, but you will also be provided with a clothes rack.
What we liked the most
- The house is bright and spacious.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- The garden has a nice deck with chairs to enjoy the sun.
- Nika the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- Dundrum Shopping Centre is a 5-minute bus ride away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a large but sweet dog living in the house.
- There is a living area that is for the exclusive use of the landlady and her family, but the tenant will have access to the another living room with a television.
