In this nice and lovely family home, there are rooms to rent in Blanchardstown which is located 45 minutes by bus from the city center, or a 15 minute drive. It is a 2 storey house with a large garden. The living area is spacious with a working fireplace, TV, sofa and a nice little library. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, large space to do any food preparation, 2 ovens, dishwasher, fridge and all the appliances a kitchen could want.
There is an combined sitting area with TV and couches. There is a separate laundry room where the washing machine, dryer and another fridge is located. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. The shared bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, heater, sink and mirror. The whole house is clean and tidy, perfect for a student.
Roselawn Shopping Centre is a 7-minute walk from the house where you have supermarkets, shops, cafes and Boots chemist. Blanchardstown Centre is a 25-minute walk where you will find bigger super stores and cinemas. Overall the house is located in a nice and quiet area.
