This classic 4-bedroom house on Monalea Wood, in Firhouse has a furnished room for rent. This lovely property has a spacious kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and a beautiful back garden. The landlord lives in the house with his wife and young grandson.
The house is located in Firhouse, a predominantly residential area in the south west of Dublin. There are plenty of parks close by to explore, as well as shops and buses to take you into the city.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is fully furnished. The room gets plenty of natural light and has a desk and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
What we liked the most
- The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and television.
- The kitchen is spacious and has lovely wooden cabinetry.
- The house has lovely polished wooden floors.
- There is an immaculate garden at the back of the property.
- There are shops within easy walking distance of the house.
Things to keep in mind
- This house is located outside the city centre, but public transport is close by to take you into the city.
