- Deposit is to be paid on the same day as the booking is confirmed. This is not the same payment that is made through Spotahome. This will be a transfer of €500 directly to the landlord. Couples deposits are €1,495
- Deposits will be returned within 28 days of the check out date.
- 30 days notice must be given to leave the property early or the deposit will be forfeit.**
- A non refundable admin fee of €50 will be paid upon check in in cash. This is a one off fee on check in day only.
