What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
We live in a beautiful Victorian home just a five minute walk to the seaside where there are piers, parks, beaches and places to eat.
Only three minutes walk away is a lovely, large new library.
The DART train is a five minute walk away which will take you into Dublin city centre in thirty minutes.
When you are staying in our home you will become part of our family and are free to use all the living rooms, gardens and balcony whenever you like.
We have a projector and giant screen for movie viewing in the living room. We have musical instruments and lots of books with quite places to read.
The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, air fryer and all mod cons. You will have your own spaces in the kitchen to store your food and areas in the bathroom to store your toiletries.
We have no curfew, just come and go as you please as long as you are respectful of noise.
