There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with live-in landlord on Parnell Green. This beautifully appointed apartment includes a modern kitchen, which opens on to a small dining room with a large window. The bedrooms can be found on the upstairs floor.
This apartment is located between two beautiful parks, Tolka Valley Park, and Lady's Well Park. The Blanchardstown Centre is also nearby, and here you will find all the essentials including several bars and restaurants. Dublin Zoo, and the centre of Dublin are easily accessible by public transport as well.
What we liked the most
- The dining room is the perfect place to have dinner with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- This apartment is located in a quiet, residential area.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment.
