There is a room to rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a live-in landlady on Belmont Park in the North Central Area. The living room is well-equipped with a TV and sofas, and the kitchen comes with everything you need to to cook.
There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a few other shops within a 15-minute walk. There are also a couple of restaurants and bars nearby. The large St. Anne's park is just over a 20-minute walk away as well.
What we liked the most
- The house is close to public transport.
- There is a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs for added convenience.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- This house has a washing machine and a dryer, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
