There are rooms available to rent in this 5-bedroom house shared with the live-in landlady and her children in Bray. On the ground floor, you have the spacious common areas that include a living room, equipped kitchen, and lush back garden. The living room has a big, comfy L-shaped sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is another great area to relax with a breakfast bar, dining table, and an additional couch. Your room is on the top floor with your own bathroom.

Cork Abbey Avenue is a lovely residential street but you are only a 3-minute walk from a commercial area. On nearby Dublin Road, you can find grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. This is where you also have bus stops for several lines that can take you towards the sea or towards Dublin City Center.
