In the tranquil neighborhood of Crumlin, is this room for rent in a 2-storey house shared with the live-in landlady and her sister. The available bedroom is on the ground floor, in addition to the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs you can find the landlady's bedroom and the shared bathroom.
Crumlin is a residential neighborhood well-connected to Dublin City Center by bus. On Sundrive Road, you have a bus stop right across the street that will take you to the center in about 25 minutes. Nature lovers will also enjoy being next to the large Eamonn Ceannt Park. A few minutes' walk away, on your street, you also have a commercial area with restaurants, cafes, bars, and plenty of shops.
