There are rooms to rent in this bright 3-bedroom apartment on Milltown Rd in Rathgar. The apartment has 2 storeys and is divided into private areas for the live-in landlady and communal areas for you and another tenant. The living areas are located downstairs including a sleek kitchen with an excellent view. The sitting room has a small sofa and a dining table. The shared bathroom has a toilet, and shower/bath.

This is a beautiful area in Dublin and can take about 20-25 minutes to the city centre by public transport. All around the apartment are large parks, and nearby is the River Dodder. Further down Milltown Rd are shops, cafes and restaurants.
