There is a room for rent in this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Waltrim Grove in Bray. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, while the living area offers a unique dining table and a big sofa to relax at the end of a busy day. From here you will have access to a lovely balcony with street views.
If you want to live in a peaceful residential area, then this is the place for you! You can get into Dublin city center in around 1 hour using the bus. You will have access to plenty of bus stops within walking distance, as well as lovely parks and golf courses.
What we liked the most
- We love the balcony with nice street views!
- AC and heating are available and will keep you comfortable all year round.
- There is parking available if you are planning to get a car.
- You can find a swimming center and a shopping mall nearby the apartment.
- There are many bus stops within walking distance to help you get around.
Things to keep in mind
- Bray is not part of Dublin and is located in different county, however it is served by Dublin buses and DART services so you can commute into the city.

Flatmates
The gorgeous living area and balcony are almost too nice not to share! Luckily, you will not get lonely, as you get to share the apartment with the 47-year-old live-in landlord.
He works as a chef and likes swimming, horse racing, art, reading, music, and football (Arsenal!). He considers himself to be easygoing and friendly, and is looking for a clean and tidy person to share the flat.
