This lovely 3-bedroom houseshare has a room for rent to female tenants only. On the ground floor, you have the common areas that include a sunny living room, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and lush and furnished back garden. Upstairs, you have the bedrooms, as well as the private bathroom.
Clonsilla is a residential neighborhood about 40 minutes from Dublin City Center. On Castlegrange Park, you have small shops and bus stops a short walk away. But for more shopping options, you can easily reach the Blanchardstown Shopping Center by bus.
What we liked the most
- You'll have your own private bathroom.
- We love the back garden – peaceful and cozy.
- The kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with a water dispenser.
- You are well-connected by bus.
- There is a large park nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 will be furnished with a single bed, but have all the shelving removed.
- There are 2 dogs in the house.
