This cosy 4-bedroom house is located in the neighbourhood of Clondalkin, 10km west of Dublin. The property is cosy and comfortable and equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine, and dishwasher. There is also plenty of natural light that helps it to feel bright and welcoming.
Clondalkin is a mainly residential area with all the necessary amenities, a range of local restaurants, and even a golf club. There is also an intriguing eighth-century round tower that is a bit of a landmark in the area, at 25.6 metres high.
For privacy reasons we do not have a video tour or floor plan for this verified property.
What we liked the most
- The garden will be a welcome addition on sunny days, offering plenty of space to get some fresh air and sunshine.
- There is a dishwasher available in the kitchen, saving you from having to do the dishes by hand.
- There is gas heating installed throughout, meaning you'll stay warm through the colder weather.
- Close to the property you will find both a Chinese and Indian takeaway, ideal for a late-night meal.
