The property is set over 3 floors and includes a garden, conservatory, wi-fi and TV. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and the property also features all of the usual whites, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bathrooms include electric shower and bath.

This property is set in a great location, just a 5-minutes walk to the seafront. It is beside a row of businesses, chemist, surgery, creche, beauty salon and hairdressers as well as local supermarkets. It is also close to public transport links, for bus routes to Trinity College as well as Clontarf to Dublin City University (DCU).
