A fully furnished 4 bedroom house with 2 bedrooms for rent and 2 and a half bathrooms in Clontarf. One bathroom is for tenants only. This is shared between 2 people.
The property is set over 3 floors and includes a garden, conservatory, wi-fi and TV. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and the property also features all of the usual whites, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bathrooms include electric shower and bath.
This property is set in a great location, just a 5-minutes walk to the seafront. It is beside a row of businesses, chemist, surgery, creche, beauty salon and hairdressers as well as local supermarkets. It is also close to public transport links, for bus routes to Trinity College as well as Clontarf to Dublin City University (DCU).
Bedroom 1 is a good size with a double bed and excellent storage. There is a large wardrobe unit with closet space, an integrated study desk and drawers. There are new plug points under the desk. Blackout curtains have been fitted and there is a mirror mounted on the door too.
