You’ll love the simple style. It's modern living, with stylish furnishings, polished wooden floors, and floor to ceiling windows that let in lots of light. There's even a desk to help you get some study done.
We think it’s the perfect spot for a postgraduate student. You'll be able to walk to the campus or the city centre in under 30 minutes. Locations don't get much better than this.

This apartment is tailor made for student living. Walk to the city, the campus, or the bar. You'll have the best of Dublin with easy reach. Smokers are allowed, but only outside please.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelving, standalone wardrobe and access to an en-suite bathroom. The window looks out onto the courtyard below.
