The house has a spacious living area with couch and TV that leads into a charming, well-equipped kitchen. A large set of glass doors open out to a well-groomed garden with a washing line and shed. There is also one shared bathroom with a shower/bath, toilet and sink.
This neighbourhood is fairly suburban. There are large parks and sports grounds in the area and it is well connected to central Dublin by bus. Within walking distance you'll find a supermarket and all the shops you'll need.
