What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
We have two friendly dogs. It's a shared bathroom + kitchen.

A very spacious and comfortable double room in Kensington High Street, the room comprises of double bed, double fitted wardrobes, desk, TV, storage cabinet. The en-suite bathroom has bath with attached shower, toilet, sink. Wood floors throughout and the shared area comprises of reception with open plan kitchen. There is a washing machine to be used once a week by each tenant. There is a cleaner once a week.The room is available for short term with flexibility to extend the contract by mutual agreement. No deposit required if payment is done in full.
What we liked the most
- Grilling steaks in the garden – BBQ season is upon us.
- Soaking up the decor – a traditional Dublin house.
- Walking to school – skip the commute.
Things to keep in mind
- This is not a super central location – explore a lesser-known part of Dublin.
- You'll be sharing the house with the live-in landlords.
- There's no washing machine but the landlady owns a laundromat and she'll wash your clothes free of charge.
