Spotahome is proud to present three spacious rooms available for rent in a 5 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, situated on Rathdown Road in a popular residential area of Stoneybatter. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who wish to have easy access to the city centre as there are plenty of bus services running through the district. The tenants will share a common bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can find a sofa and a dining table. To make laundry day easy, a common laundry room is provided in the building. All rooms for rent are furnished with double beds and desks. All utility bills are already included in the rent and as a bonus point, you will be located just a 30 minute walk away from the city centre!
