Hi, house is semi detached, with all mod cons and located in a lovely quiet cul de sac with lovely friendly neighbours. House is really warm with triple glazed windows throughout the property. A short walk to bus stops serving Dublin city centre, local village and surrounding areas. Several local shops are a short walk from the house. Beautiful large park also just a short stroll away. There is a study desk and chair in the room. - No smoking at all. Either inside or the garden

There are many buses serving the city centre and surrounding area with bus stops located a 1-4 minute walk from the house. You'll be close to the beautiful Grange Castle Golf Club, as well as several shops and parks.
