Lovely room for a full time professional available. The lounge area is for the two tenants only, the landlady has her own private living room. Shared kitchen. The bathroom is also mostly only for the tenant and will only be occasionally used by the landlady.
Tenants must be clean and tidy and is each persons responsibility and stay at least 6 months.
No furniture or kitchen utensils are needed as all of it has been provided in the property. Please do not bring anything additional as it would not fit.
