The Apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room area with a nice terrace with table and chairs overlooking beautiful views and a quiet area.

The apartment is in the Herberton complex, the doorstep is right on Fatima Luas stop next to St. James hospital and Guinness factory. This is a walking distance to temple bar or 10 minutes on the red luas to the city center. The red luas can go as far as IFSC and is linked to both city and the green luas line.

The area has a variety of shops, pubs and a luxury leisure center.

The complex is very secure with an intercom system, CCTV, secure gates, lift, communal garden, and secure underground parking. The complex is also serviced clean weekly.
