What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
My house is located in a safe and nice area in Sandyford. The shops and a supermarket is within two minutes walk. The Glencairn luas(tram) stop is seven to eight minutes walk and the nearest bus stop is three minutes away from my house.
UCD Belfield is twenty eight minutes by bus. It is only eighteen minutes by bicycle.
The luas(tram) will take you to Sandyford Business District, the Dublin city centre, etc.
You would share the house with me, a female, the owner of the house. I respect other's privacy.
