This large house offers a selection of fully furnished rooms for rent and a complete range of shared amenities. The elegant flat is nicely presented and equipped with a mix of modern and antique style furniture. Tenants will share use of a full kitchen, five bathrooms, two toilets and a laundry room. Other amenities include a stylish dining room, a living area with a fireplace and a study with a flat screen television and a library, providing plenty of options for occupants to socialise and relax outside of the rooms. Wi-Fi is activated, and there are natural gas heaters throughout the flat. The house is located on Grace Park Gardens, a nice street in the quiet neighbourhood of Drumcondra, offering plenty of street parking. The main road where you will find shops and bus stops is located a three minute walk away. Dublin's City Centre is 3 kilometres from the flat, and can be accessed in 20 minutes using public transport. The rooms are available for male tenants only.
