This two storey house consists of a fantastic cottage-like interior, featuring a fully fitted kitchen, a living area, a dining area, a toilet room, a guest room and a garden on the ground floor and two rooms for rent, the landlord's bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. All utility bills will be included in the rent and the tenants will be provided with a meal service for breakfast and in the evenings. This is a perfect opportunity for those looking for a peaceful area, close to the shore.

What we liked the most

  • The rent comes inclusive of all utilities and an evening meal as well as a simple breakfast.
  • The two storey house also has a beautiful garden where you can relax on a sunny day.
  • The picturesque kitchen has fantastic windows overlooking the garden, as well as all necessary amenities.
  • We love the large dining area with plenty of vintage decorations.
  • The living area is located in the gazebo-style room with large windows and plenty of seating, perfect for guests.
  • Both rooms for rent are furnished with desks and plenty of storage for your belongings.

Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that the couple living in the house also has a dog and the third room is used as a guest room.
  • The house has CCTV security to ensure complete safety.
  • Along with a shared bathroom upstairs, the house also has a shared toilet room downstairs.
